Review Logitech Rumblepad 2 Gamepad

The Logitech Rumblepad 2 gamepad is one of the best gamepads available.

It is very sturdy and performs like a champ. I tried a few other controllers and the Logitech Rumblepad 2 does a great job and works of 90% of the games you play. It comes with some cool software that actually works really well in mapping your keyboard to the control pad buttons. So if you happen to have a game the the Logitech Rumblepad 2 Gamepad is not compatible with you just open up the Logitech Profiler program that should be installed on your taskbar because this program should be the central place that you set up and get started with all your games.

The Logitech Profiler software will allow you to configure your Logitech Rumblepad 2 Gamepad uniquely for each different game that you play.

So what that means is you can assign keyboard key controls to buttons or anything on the gamepad to work. If you want to navigate the game menus without ever touching the keyboard, you can do that with Logitech Rumblepad 2. I like to map essential keys like, enter, backspace, esc, shift, ctrl and alt. You can set up the Gamepad to react to any keystroke or combination of keystrokes you would like.

Out of the box Logitech Rumblepad 2 Gamepad will work on most games. Its performance is great, the vibration is second to none and I prefer it over my other gamepads. Remember the most important thing when buying a Gamepad for your PC is compatibility.

The feel and handle of the Logitech Rumblepad 2

The dual analog buttons are covered in rubber. The directional pad works excellent. Their is a mode button where you can use either the directional pad or analog pad with your left thumb for directional controls. I think this is a pretty good feature.  The final grade of this the Logitech Rumblepad 2 Gamepad is a 9. The only thing I would like on it is for it to be lighter in weight and have common keyboard and mouse bottoms built into it so that I can fully use my games without the mouse and keyboard out of the box without having to map them in through software.
